Who I am

Howdy!

My name is Griselda Coreas, a proud first-generation Latina, born and raised in Houston, Texas. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Now living in the Pacific Northwest, I’m licensed to provide therapy in both Texas and Washington, offering virtual and in-person care grounded in cultural sensitivity, empathy, and authenticity.

I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and life transitions. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, and grounded in deep respect for your lived experience.

Having moved through complex life roles — including parenting while building a career — I bring a thoughtful, real-world perspective to the therapy space. This helps me connect with clients who are carrying a lot, often quietly, and are ready for meaningful support.

I also offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating an inclusive space where you don’t have to explain your background, identity, or culture.

Whether we’re meeting in the office or outdoors for Nature Walk Therapy, my goal is always to help you reconnect with your strength, clarity, and self-trust.

Outside of work, I love exploring new coffee shops, photographing nature, and hiking through the beautiful Pacific Northwest — often alongside my favorite adventure partner, my son.
